Pressing Numbered (on inner sleeve) edition of 700 (including first 100 on yellow vinyl -- but #117 is yellow, so maybe 150 colored? -- some black vinyl copies without numbering exist, some copies are numbered out of 800 which may or may not be part of a bootleg edition that is rumored to exist.)
Cover black ink on white paper, printed on inside, no insert, MT5 photo on inside is a positive image on most covers, but is reported to be a negative on a few (#8 and #108 have it, but many in-between do not).
