"Where'd You Find That?!": An Illustrated Discography of the (Almost) Unique

Here's an item that regularly shows up on want lists, despite there being only four known copies (three in collectors' hands and one with a band member). Pictured below are two of them. The one at top belonged to DJ Rodney Bigemheimer (of Rodney on the ROQ fame.) Dangerhouse Records, 1978. Scanned by Ben Shupe. The one at bottom is from the collection of David Redding, who says:

I handed this sleeve to John for the first autograph and told him what record the sleeve was for and recall him asking, "Where did you get it?". So I proceeded to get the other signatures just before each bandmember vanished into the night. Ten minutes after the concert, I realized that I had a fully autographed Adult Books test press. Autographs are as follows: top-left John Doe, top-right Billy Zoom, bottom-right DJ Bonebrake, and bottom-left Exene Cervenka.
